Our Finance Capability Center plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality, standardized, and scalable financial services across the organisation. The Financial Accounting team is responsible for Journal Postings, Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Reporting while driving strong governance and process excellence. We are looking for talent that brings analytical rigor, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, fast‑paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a person who has sound knowledge of Revenue Accounting and month-end closing and Reporting activities.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Perform revenue accounting activities in compliance with IFRS 15, including contract review and ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition.
• Prepare revenue-related reconciliations analyses variances and support month-end revenue close activities.
• Ensure that all financial transactions have been properly accounted for and in the correct general ledger account.
• Prepare and post different types of journal entries (Accruals and provisions) into the SAP system and email confirmation with document number to the sender.
• Perform Account analyses and submit to the GL team—experience in dealing with deadlines. Upload support into SAP for non-reversing journal entries.

Experience Skills :

• Accounting degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an accountant or in a specific process.
• Good knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and you can apply them correctly.
• Proficiency in Excel & Detailed- oriented.
• Effective communication skills.

Desirable:

• Strong IFRS 15 technical knowledge, including experience assessing performance obligations, variable consideration, contract assets and revenue recognition timing.
• Experience with SAP revenue accounting processes, ideally including SAP RAR, contract review workflows, billing interfaces and general ledger integration.
• Advanced Excel skills, including reconciliations, variance analysis, data validation, lookups, pivot tables and working efficiently with large datasets.
• Ability to document processes, evidence judgements and prepare audit-ready support for internal and external review.
• Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting customer contracts, amendments and complex billing or revenue arrangements.
• Strong control mindset, with experience identifying process risks, improving reconciliations and supporting timely issue resolution during close.
• Experience using automation, reporting or data tools, such as Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate or similar, to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Experience in Finance Shared Services for a global company is a strong plus.
