We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Teamcenter

You’ll make a difference by:

Digitization poses major challenges for many companies and will impact processes immensely in the coming years. This is also the case at Siemens Mobility GmbH – as a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d), you will actively help develop and accompany a Siemens Teamcenter transformation project. The project works according to the SAFe methodology and strives to replace the current SAP PLM system with a modern Teamcenter system (based on Teamcenter 2506 and Active Workspace 2406) for approximately 15 000 users.

• You are a Solution Architect in the Siemens Teamcenter transformation project for one or more topics of for following list

• v Structures (Engineering Bill of Material (“EBOM”, Manufacturing Bill of Material (“MBOM”), Service Bill of Material (“SBOM”))
• v Manufacturing Integration with Easy Plan and Bill of Process (“BOP”)
• v Engineering and Manufacturing Change management (“ECM” & MCN”)
• Your responsibility is the complete and consistent replacement of the existing SAP solution with the new Teamcenter solution in this area of expertise.
• You will analyze the business requirements, but also the existing IT landscape (SAP and other systems) and translate this into a solution design for Teamcenter to ensure optimal integration.
• You will analyze, design and optimize the complex Teamcenter solution and suitable architectures in detail to make Teamcenter user-friendly and optimized for the Siemens Mobility Business
• You will be responsible for one or more of the above-mentioned topics in Mobility IT and beyond the project period.
• As a member of an agile and international team (SAFe methodology), you will work closely with the product owner, the suppliers implementation experts and other experts in the team as well as across teams.

• Experience: 5 to 12 years
• several years of in-depth experience in the field of Teamcenter design & development
• experience in configuration and customization of Teamcenter
• good knowledge of the product development processes in the manufacturing industry
• analyzing business requirements
• Analyzing and creative mindset
• structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working, communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in working on agile projects
