Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce best practices and coding standards across the project.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines and high code quality.
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team.
• Provide clear instructions to team members and manage day-to-day operations.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure project alignment.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Python applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
• Optimize code for performance and scalability with efficient data handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and workflows.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering collaboration and growth.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Python application development
• Experience with Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration and AI-driven applications
• Knowledge of FastAPI framework for web application development
• Familiarity with Azure services, including AI Foundry, for AI/ML workloads
• Proficiency in machine learning workflows and AI frameworks
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers
• Client-facing communication experience for project alignment

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
