HIRING | Senior ServiceNow Consultant – ITSM & HRSD

Location: PAN India – Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Noida

Experience: 7–10 Years

Salary: ₹24–26 LPA

Role: Senior ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, Service Catalog, integrations, scripting, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong client-facing consulting experience and the ability to independently deliver ServiceNow solutions.

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD solutions

• Configure Service Catalog and HR Case Management

• Develop workflows using Flow Designer

• Perform ServiceNow scripting and REST integrations

• Support upgrades and enhancement activities

• Manage Incident, Request and Change processes

• Work with CMDB and Asset Management

• Implement Virtual Agent and MS Teams integrations

• Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions

• Provide technical guidance and solution architecture
