Overview

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Senior Reporting Specialist for GBS Marketing process at GCOE Business Enablement division.

As the GCOE Business Enablement vertical, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of complex business reports. You will use GBS MKTG CRM and BI systems to gather data, generate insights, and communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner, ensuring that the reports support strategic decision-making. You will be interacting with the team who are present in across the Globe. Exposure business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce,Power BI, Tableau),Smartsheet,Advanced Excel is a definite plus.

How Youll Make An Impact

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of key business reports, including operational, financial, and performance metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement, and present findings to management.
• Develop automated reporting processes and dashboards to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with business leaders and departments to understand reporting needs and tailor reports to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on business progress and success.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior reporting specialists, assisting them with complex report generation and data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal reporting standards and best practices.
• CRM tools :Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud(most preferred),Data Loader tools or Similar Enterprise CRM tools
• Advanced Data Analysis and Interpretation: A Senior Reporting Specialist should possess strong skills in advanced data analysis and the ability to interpret complex data trends. They should be proficient with statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., R, Python, or advanced Excel functions) to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Dashboard Development and Reporting Automation: At the Senior level, the specialist should have experience developing and maintaining dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Data Visualization and Presentation: Senior reporting specialists must be skilled at presenting data visually through well-designed charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards.
• Advanced Reporting Tools Expertise: Senior specialists should have expertise in using advanced reporting and analytics platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP BusinessObjects.
• Process Improvement and Data Integrity: Senior specialists are expected to identify opportunities for improving reporting processes, ensuring that data collection and reporting methodologies are accurate, efficient, and compliant with organizational standards.
  
  

About You

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Timeliness and accuracy of strategic reports and dashboards.
• Quality and usefulness of insights derived from data analysis, leading to informed business decisions.
• Efficiency of reporting processes, including automation and error reduction.
• Mentorship and development of junior team members.
• Stakeholder satisfaction with reports and data insights.
