About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the delivery of our global talent strategy, focusing on performance development, talent management, skills transformation, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and HR data analytics. This role will play a key part in embedding a learning and development culture across VOIS.

What You’ll Do

Deliver impactful soft skills and leadership development interventions.Report HR KPIs on a monthly basis.Contribute to performance development, talent management, and skills transformation initiatives.Support effective training delivery across VOIS and identify reskilling programmes where needed.Partner with Vodafone Learning Organisation to define career paths and upskilling requirements.Collaborate with the Global Talent Lead to embed best practices for talent development.

Who You Are

Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and data analytics.Skilled in training delivery and vendor management.Self-driven, able to build rapport quickly and support the learning agenda.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team.Experience managing global programmes and initiatives.L&D certification is a plus.
