Senior Engineer - Design BU-Drives

Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities

• Design and optimization of Gears, Gearboxes, Drives & Bearings whilst taking account of technical, scheduling and financial aspects (design to cost from the customer requirements)
• PLM management (BOM creation, lifecycle promotion, etc)
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the corresponding departments within the project environment
• Tolerance stack-up
• Cooperation with component suppliers for the clarification of technical properties of components and common component development (co-design)
• Contribute to FMEA
• Bearings calculations and selection.
• Support local component development with respect to cost and quality.
  
  

Contributing your strengths: Your qualifications
Qualitfication:

• Successfully completed studies (university / technical college) in the field of mechanical engineering / automotive manufacturing
  
  

Experience:

• More than 8 years of experience in similar field
  
  

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

• Knowledge in various manufacturing processes, Materials of gears.
• PTC Creo
• Windchill / Albatross
• Kisssoft / Kisssys
• Autonomous, committed, Flexible, organised, work ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work and communicate with multicultural global team.
