What youll be doing...

You’ll lead the design and delivery of data solutions across a range of client projects, while developing your leadership and strategic skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of data solutions, including data warehouse builds and migrations
• Managing small teams or workstreams, delegating effectively, and ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and aligning technical solutions with business goals
• Anticipating project risks, introducing contingency plans, and balancing the needs of clients, teams, and timelines
• Coaching junior consultants, providing feedback, and supporting their development through hands-on guidance
• Contributing to internal initiatives and helping shape delivery best practices across the team

In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:

• Leading the delivery of a data warehouse migration or greenfield build
• Coaching a junior consultant through their first project
• Receiving strong client feedback on your leadership and communication

What youll need to succeed...

We’re looking for someone with strong technical foundations and emerging leadership skills.

You might be a great fit if you have:

• 6+ years of professional experience in cloud data engineering for analytics
• Solid experience in cloud data warehousing (ideally Snowflake), SQL, and cloud ETL tools like Matillion
• Experience designing data models and leading technical delivery
• Strong communication and project management skills
• A commercial mindset and ability to align data work with business goals

This role might not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

• A purely hands-on technical role without leadership or client-facing responsibilities
• A role focused on data science or theoretical analytics
