Senior Data Analyst

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Cerebrum

Job Purpose

•  Identification of high propensity customers for Home Loan and Home Loan BT from ETB and PTB offer franchise to enable D2C business from field and call centre teams.
•  Methodical analysis of data and conversions of complex data into simple and readable format to enable business decisioning
•  Seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish key business objectives, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve outcomes
•  Drive end to end delivery of analytical and non-anlytical projects, ensuring both timelines and efficiency metrics are met
•  Design and implement automation pipelines and dashboards to streamline processes and monitor performance
•  Build, deploy and maintain data pipelines to support reporting and analytics
•  Ensure data accuracy, quality and integrity across automated systems
  
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

Enabling Automation pipelines and SPs to bring process efficiency

Identify new potential channels through scanning of environment and industry trends, emerging ideas and inputs from businesses

Continuous engagement with stakeholders including call centre managers, business heads and sales team to define and track areas of improvement

Building capabilities around loan enquiry triggers to serve as incremental disbursement bricks

Enabling daily tracking of conversion metrics

Key Decisions / Dimensions

Identifying cluster of customers

Defining the lead consumption targets across businesses taking cues from the budget allocation business wise

Adopting a rightful mix of loan type

Required Qualifications and Experience

 Graduate or Post-Graduate, Graduate with 3-4 years of experience, post graduate with atleast 2-3 years of experience

 Experience either in financial sector or in a different sector with similar job role

 Must have prior experience of business development or handling business stakeholders and partners
