Job Description
Senior Consultant-We are seeking a seasoned ITES Solution Architect to lead the design and execution of enterprise-grade IT infrastructure projects. -"Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Architecture & Design
- Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions including compute, storage, network, and security.
- Architect high-availability systems with failover clustering, load balancing, and redundancy.
- Define and implement disaster recovery strategies with clear RTO/RPO objectives.
Data Center & DR Strategy
- Design and manage primary and secondary data center environments.
- Plan and execute DR site configurations, ensuring seamless failover and recovery.
- Implement real-time or scheduled data synchronization between DC and DR using replication technologies (e.g., SAN replication, DFS-R, Veeam, Zerto).
Backup & Recovery Planning
- Develop and maintain enterprise backup strategies using tools like Commvault, Veeam, or NetBackup.
- Ensure secure, encrypted backups with retention policies aligned to business and compliance needs.
- Conduct regular backup validation and restore testing.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead infrastructure projects from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application, security, and operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of infrastructure components aligned with business SLAs.
Security & Compliance
- Design secure network architectures with firewalls, DMZs, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and internal governance policies.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Maintain detailed documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and configuration baselines.
- Conduct training and handover sessions for operations and support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture and solution delivery.
- Proven expertise in:
- Enterprise servers (Dell, HPE, Lenovo)
- Storage systems (SAN/NAS, RAID, backup solutions)
- Network infrastructure (Layer 2/3 switches, firewalls, load balancers)
- Data center design and operations
- Disaster recovery planning and execution
- High availability clustering and failover systems
- Backup technologies and data replication
- Strong understanding of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud integration (Azure/AWS), and hybrid environments.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Microsoft Azure Architect are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
