We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Recent and advanced experience with RPG (ILE/FREE) using Procedures, Service Programs, and Functions
• Hands-on experience of Application Design & Development in BFSI/Banking domain is desirable
• Change management experience and familiarity with a change management tool
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and techniques
• Strong understanding and working experience with CI/CD and available tools i.e. usage of Jenkins, Sonar, RDI
• Working experience in an agile environment
• Ability to quickly acquire new skills and tools
• Ability to resolve critical issues in timely manner
• Be a clear communicator, document your work, share your ideas
• Review and be reviewed by your peers
• Experience releasing to production what you developed and then supporting it
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience on iSeries platform (AS400, RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2, SQL)
• Good knowledge Code packaging, Change Planning and Production Release, Subsystems, Backup and Restore process etc
• Good knowledge of MQ, Connect Direct and sFTP interface setup on iSeries
• Test Environment Build, Maintenance, Support and Manage access controls/governance on iSeries platform
• Strong understanding/hands-on of CI/CD pipeline coupled with DevSecOps Methodologies
• Good Knowledge of code promotion to different Test and Live environments via source control tools (RTC-ARCAD)
• Good knowledge on work management, DASD monitoring, allocation, and clean-up
• Working knowledge/Certification of any Cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a must
• Good knowledge of Agile Framework (Scrum Methodologies)
• Good working knowledge of DevSecOps Tools (RTC, ARCAD, Jenkins, Service Now, Ansible, GitHub)
