We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for providing meaningful insights on WFM Planning, inline with the Operations & Strategic decisions
  • Need clear understanding of the data source to bring together different aspects of WFM planning function
  • Revisit and define standards and processes for governance eg. capture scenarios / build trend
  • Assess / review requirements from the stakeholders and have the ability to discuss / challenge to take it forward
  • Define performance parameters and publish regular reports showcasing the progress of the GBGFs
  • Work hand in hand with GBGF stakeholders to enable them to drive their strategic priorities
  • Define book of work for the team to come up with meaningful and value added services through data analytics

  • Extensive Stakehoder management
  • Ability to influence decision making with useful Insights drawn from data
  • Excellent Data Presentation skills for clear and crisp messaging which is easy to comprehend
  • Be part of the continuous improvement journey from System & Process perspective
