About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester with strong expertise in Core Java, Selenium, and PEGA Testing. The role involves designing and executing automated test suites, improving code structure and reusability, and ensuring high-quality delivery for the eTop application. The individual will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

What You’ll Do

Analyse the current test automation approach and identify improvement areas for maintainability and scalability.Create and present coding guidelines for test automation and ensure adherence across the team.Design, plan, script, and execute automated test cases for the eTop application.Work collaboratively with developers, project managers, and clients throughout the SDLC.Track and report test results, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate bug fixes.Apply strong understanding of agile processes and QA automation methodologies.

Who You Are

Minimum 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in PEGA Testing.Hands-on experience with Selenium and Core Java concepts.Proficient in software test suite design, planning, scripting, and execution.Strong analytical skills to interpret complex software requirements.Degree in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.Expertise in BDD framework implementation.
