Must Have skill - Deep experience in data modeling & database design, Databricks/Delta Lake/Unity Catalog expertise, strong relational & dimensional modeling, advanced SQL & performance tuning, ability to translate UI/app requirements into schemas, strong indexing/optimization skills, proficiency with data modeling tool
Nice to have - edallion architecture experience, ERDs/data dictionaries/lineage documentation, data quality rule implementation, and awareness of emerging cloud data modeling patterns
