Your Role

Total Experience:12-14 Years ONLY

Location: Mumbai and Bangalore

• Client Management – Act as the primary SAP delivery contact and maintain strong client relationships to align services with business needs.
• Service Delivery – Oversee daily operations (incidents, changes, enhancements) ensuring SLA and contractual compliance.
• Project & Resource Management – Plan and deliver SAP projects on time, manage global teams, and ensure skill alignment.
• Performance & Optimization – Track KPIs, prepare reports, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Financial & Strategic Planning – Manage budgets, profitability, and support account growth aligned with client goals.
  
  

Your Profile

• Relevant Experience: 8–10+ years in SAP service delivery, including ECC and S/4HANA.
• SAP Expertise: Functional knowledge in modules like OTC, PTP, FTM, Finance, Logistics.
• Leadership: Experience managing teams of 20+ analysts across global delivery centers.
• Communication: Strong client-facing and executive-level communication skills.
• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Capgemini delivery methodologies.
• Compliance: Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX).
