About This Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 REFX Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Real Estate Flexible Management (REFX). The individual will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP REFX solutions to support real estate processes, finance, and asset management. This role involves working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with clients to analyse real estate business processes and requirements.Design, configure, and implement SAP REFX solutions, including contract management, lease administration, and property management.

Configure and maintain SAP REFX module to support real estate management processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.Manage real estate transactions such as lease agreements, acquisitions, and disposals, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Generate and analyse financial reports related to real estate portfolios.Provide ongoing support for SAP REFX systems, resolving issues and optimising functionality.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Collaborate with technical teams for system integration and data migration.
  
  

Stay updated with SAP REFX advancements and best practices.

Participate in testing and validation of SAP REFX solutions.

Who You Are

10+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX with strong knowledge of real estate processes, Finance, and FI-AA.

Proven ability to configure and implement SAP REFX solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.

SAP REFX certification is desirable.
