About The Job We are seeking a skilled SAP Operations Reporting Specialist that will be responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and support of SAP environments (BW and DataSphere mainly but not only). This role focuses on incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of operational processes to ensure system reliability and performance. Key Outputs
Monitor SAP BW/DataSphere systems and proactively address incidents and service requests.
Analyze and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and automate operational workflows.
Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and best practices.
Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
Provide user support and training as needed.
Participate building new capacities
Education and experience* Indicate the required education in terms of minimum years of education, required type of degree, field of studies, etc. and the required knowledge and/or experience in terms of minimum years of experience in the respective field
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP BW/DataSphere operations or similar roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with ITSM/ticketing tools.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong knowledge of SAP Environnement (Hana / S4Hana, BW/DataSphere and BO/SAC.
Familiarity with SQL, ABAP, and scripting for data transformations and automation.
Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business users.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in BMC Helix and/or JIRA for ticket/task management and Confluence for documentation
Have a good knowledge of RUN Service and experience with development
