Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective advertising strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build networks.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Manage and oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
  • Develop proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques and best sales practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is highly preferred.
