BE / B.Tech (Engineering)
7–12 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Relationship Management
Proven experience dealing with private industries and manufacturing companies
Strong background in Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Process Industries
Prior experience in a Customer Relationship Manager or Sales role within process or manufacturing industries
Hands-on exposure to certification and statutory services, including:
ASME
PED
IBR
PESO
DOSH
MoM
EN standards
Design Review of Static Equipment
Ability to independently achieve ₹8–10 Cr annual order booking for certification services from private customers
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Core Activity within Our Company
Business development and sales for certification and compliance services
Lead generation and conversion into order bookings
Selling certification and inspection services to manufacturing and process industries
Developing new customers with 100% focus on new business acquisition
Maintaining detailed customer insights for domestic and international project opportunities
Supporting tender teams with market intelligence, technical write-ups, and commercial costing
Managing empanelment and registration with customers for various services
Liaison with multiple levels of client organizations, including senior management
Coordinating with internal technical and operational teams for proposal and project execution
Taking pricing decisions in line with approved business unit sales planning
Ensuring strong customer relationships during and after project execution
