Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our financial planning firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client financial needs, and offering suitable financial planning solutions such as investment planning, insurance, retirement planning, and wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, networking, and references
  • Meet potential clients to understand their financial goals and requirements
  • Explain financial planning services in a clear and professional manner
  • Promote investment and insurance solutions as per client needs
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal financial advisors for client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
  • Stay updated with financial products and market trends

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Investments, etc.)
  • Ability to convince and handle client objections
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales / financial services will be an added advantage
  • Freshers with interest in finance sales can also apply

Experience

  • 6months to 2 years in Sales / financial planning industry
