RPA Support Analyst -RFP-241381

Summary

This role primarily focuses on providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for UiPath automations in production, ensuring operational continuity and effective incident resolution within the RPA environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for UiPath automations in production.
• Monitor automation executions via UiPath Orchestrator and Power Automate console.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve failed automations.
• Perform basic debugging and code fixes in UiPath workflows under guidance.
• Analyze logs, screenshots, and Orchestrator alerts to determine root causes of failures.
• Support new RPA developments during deployment and hypercare phases.
• Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with business users regarding incidents and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to RPA developers or platform teams as necessary.
• Work in shifts if required for operational coverage.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in RPA support or automation operations.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
• Basic understanding of Exception handling and Logging.
• Exposure to UAT and non-regression testing practices.
  
  

• Experience interacting with business applications (ERP, web apps).
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts (incident, problem, change management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
