We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • You will be responsible for handling a team (POD/PODs) working for software delivery
  • A minimum of 6 years IT software Development experience, STRONG domain/business knowledge.
  • Accountable for preparing a technical delivery plan and ensuring the timelines are met
  • Implementation (Coding) of assigned modules/tasks and providing technical solutions/designs to the team; Mentoring the team members and guiding them to build reusable code bases
  • Liaising with product owners, Bas, developers and UX for clarity on stories, acceptance criteria and testing scope
  • Working closely with architecture team to deliver solutions that appropriately address business needs and timelines having futuristic thought process and embedded design thinking
  • Working with different stakeholders from different locations ensuring delivery is at focus

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master Degree in relevant stream.
  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience on JavaScript language, React JS, Node JS, HTML and CSS/less/sass.
  • Hands on experience on developing REST APIs in Node JS.
  • Databases (relational, non-relational) ideally Oracle/ Mongo.
  • Proven ability to define and build architecturally sound solution designs.
  • Experience on cloud platforms (PCF/AWS/GCP/Azure), Knowledge on GCP/IKP is a plus.
  • Understanding of TTD development and Testing framework.
  • Tooling - Hands on experience on Sonar, Checkmarx, Jenkins, GitHub etc.
  • Experience in estimating development efforts and delivery planning.
  • Experience working in Agile, DevOps using JIRA/Confluence, Splunk, AppDynamics, CI/CD automation.
  • Be an approachable and supportive team member with a collaborative attitude within a demanding environment
  • Have an attitude for continuous learning
  • Constantly work towards improving technical / platform knowledge of the team
  • Be flexible under pressure and a team player & a delivery-oriented person
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as he/she has to work in global environments
