Long Description

• Driving activities to meet Quality KPIs.
• Ensure and control the quality for incoming parts from suppliers,
• Auditing supplier’s facilities as per customer/ System requirement at time of new development & as per intervals required in QMS.
• Initiate supplier quality development program to improve quality.
• Monitor the effectiveness of Quality Control activities on daily basis to reduce internal PPM.
• Implement IATF Requirements in Quality process.

·       Carry out internal audits of the quality management system and follow up all corrective actions ensuring effective and timely response.

• Support to engineering team for new product Development throughout the APQP Process
• Support engineering & production for internal product/process improvements.
• Maintain healthy relationship with customer, handling customer complaints, warranty issues etc.
• Ensuring supply of Quality product to customer with 100 % inspection.
• Responsible and authorised to stop production and shipments in case on Noncompliance of product to customer standards.
• Developing & updating Quality control Documents i.e. Work Instruction, SOP, control Plan, FMEA etc. as per engineering changes.
• Continues improvement in Quality processes.
• Ensure all employees trainings are done through Gurukul & Staff Training program.
• Implementing & giving awareness of CSR in all processes.
• Responsible for EHS communication with customer.
• Responsible for compliance of Waste Management process.
• Implementing GQS in plant.
• Global BOS Reporting and reporting to management time to time with details

Experience:

• 12-17 year’s minimum related experience
• Experience in leading Quality Function
• Knowledge of Quality in Sheet Metal Industry
