Description

• Develop and steer Product Team for region India. Analyze requirements, future trends, customer profiling, price positioning and product ideas for the Life Cycle measures with discussions and decision making.
• Responsible to take the decisions needed and if necessary escalation in case of conflict of Objectives by critically analyzing all project activities to reduce non value added/ repeated activities and maximize synergies; helps to reduce expenses, maximize profits and minimize delays
• Lead the projects based on PEP guidelines and ensure that the respective milestones are completed within the stipulated time period with the desired results.
• Ensure financial and technical feasible product changes for region India and to support for approval of Project Milestones.
• Tracking of progress of changes in Change Management process and optimize the cost.
• Set up target agreements for the localization projects by evaluating ideas for project approval. Implementation by closely monitoring to avoid delays and realize the benefits at earliest.
• Represent Product Management in all Product Gremien upto Gx Kreis for Project Status Review.
• Planning & monitoring the critical parts time line with Purchase, quality and R&D and reviews with supplier in commitment meetings.
• Ensure to implement relevant engineering changes on time by closing responses from all concern departments within the target date and implement as per timeline.
• Implementation & Support : ISO 9001:2015 QMS with KPI reports
