The PMO/Business Analyst will support the development and enhancement of the Engineering CRM—our internal one stop platform for employees. The purpose of this role is to assist in requirement gathering, documentation, project coordination, and cross department engagement to ensure smooth delivery of CRM modules. The role focuses on understanding business needs, converting them into structured requirements, and helping the product team execute releases effectively.
Duties And Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Coordination
Interact with teams across departments to understand routine process needs and improvement opportunities.
Assist in conducting interviews, requirement workshops, and process mapping sessions.
Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in clear, structured formats.
Maintain requirement logs, change requests, and follow-up trackers.
Product Support & Feature Analysis
Work closely with the Senior BA/PMO to conceptualize and refine new features.
Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support feature ideation.
Prepare basic wireframes, process flows, and draft user journeys (if required).
Project Coordination & Delivery Support
Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables.
Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and business teams for feature updates and clarifications.
Assist in sprint ceremonies such as planning, retros, and backlog refinement.
Maintain dashboards, status reports, and execution trackers.
Documentation & Process Support
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, release notes, and version update documentation.
Maintain SOPs, training content, and internal wikis for CRM modules.
Ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with actual workflows.
Testing Support & User Training
Support QA and UAT cycles by validating features against requirements.
Collect feedback from users after rollout and prepare issue/feedback logs.
Assist in conducting user demos, trainings, and onboarding sessions.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Work Experience
1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, PMO Coordinator, or Product Support role.

Exposure to internal tools, CRM/ERP systems, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
Ability to quickly understand business processes and convert them into logical steps.
Communication & Collaboration
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively.
Strong ownership and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Execution & Documentation Skills
Detail oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines.
Familiarity with Agile methodology (preferred but not mandatory).
