Key Responsibilities

• Own the Product roadmap and backlog for your platform
• Gathering of customer, business, and technical requirements and filtering them down into a single product backlog
• Facilitating backlog refinement sessions
• Full knowledge and understanding of the product and the process
• Ensures solutions meet current customer need
• Daily representation of the customer or end user in the scrum team to clarify questions on backlog items
• Creating mockups and prototypes to support project direction
• Tracking metrics for measurement of business outcomes gained from implemented solutions
  
  
  

• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly

• Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand the big picture solution and then craft requirements into actionable use cases, epics, user stories
• Demonstrated leadership of business analyst function in a Behavior Driven Development/Gherkin environment
• Demonstrated success in owning a technology platform and creating measureable business outcomes
• Ability to be effective in a growing and dynamic organization
• Takes initiative and assumes responsibility
• Work closely with UX on internal/external facing interfaces or design them yourself
• ‘Working knowledge’ of com/force.com platform, Business Process Automation Tools, IT Service Management Systems, WorkDay, or other back office systems
• Ability to demonstrate the correct method for applying a heel hook
