This is a full-time onsite role based in our Pune-Balewadi office.

Our strategic AI agent platform and framework, enables secure, governed, and scalable AI capabilities across Hansen products.

We are looking for a Product Manager who can combine product strategy, delivery leadership, and people leadership. You will own the platform’s vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle, turning emerging AI innovation into a trusted enterprise platform with measurable adoption and customer value.

Working closely with our Chief Innovation Officer, AI Spark team, engineering, architecture, and global product stakeholders, you will bring structure, pace, and accountability to one of Hansen’s most important AI investments.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, value proposition, and outcome-focused roadmap for Hansen Hansen’s AI platform.

• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Translate product goals into clear backlog priorities, release objectives, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans with Engineering and Architecture.

• Assess customer needs, market trends, AI capabilities, and internal product requirements to guide investment and roadmap decisions.

• Move innovation into production and BAU, keeping releases, bugs, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications on track.

• Lead and coach the cross-functional platform team while influencing senior stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization.

• Strong product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, platform products, or technology-led environments.

• Recent and credible exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, agentic AI, AI platforms, or data-driven products. Coding experience is not required.

• Proven ownership of product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, lifecycle, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

• Delivery-management capability, including experience turning strategy into executable plans and maintaining momentum after launch.

• Experience moving an emerging product from innovation or build stage into secure, reliable, scalable production and BAU.

• People leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience, with confident executive-level communication and product advocacy.

• Ability to balance customer value, commercial priorities, technical complexity, governance, and delivery realities.

• Shape one of Hansen’s most strategic AI investments and influence how enterprise-grade AI agents are adopted across a global product portfolio.

• Own a high-visibility product roadmap and work directly with senior leaders, engineering teams, and product stakeholders.
