Job Description

• Drive the company vision and delivery of innovative new products.
• Conduct market research to identify user need for new products and product updates.
• Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.
• Competition benchmarking to know product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats.
• Establish requirements and specifications for new products.
• Clearly communicate vision and goals of new products to development team.
• Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products.
• Manage cross-functional teams in business, sales, product, design, and engineering.
• Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.
• Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
• Manage product launch and stock of products at different locations for initial period.
• New Product Launch
• Market survey
• Competition benchmarking
• CFT coordination

Candidate Profile

• Experience-2 to 3 years Any Graduate -
• BE Mechanical(Preferable), MBA marketing
