The Role & Responsibilities

Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Delivery Lead with 18 to 20 years of Healthcare experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Business Operations enabled by QNXT or Facets Platform along with domain expertise in US Government Programs. This hybrid role requires night shift availability and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s success and societal well-being.

• Lead the delivery of complex portfolios ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee project planning execution and delivery ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Manage risks and issues proactively implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of portfolio initiatives.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity.
• Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
• Utilize expertise in QNXT or Facets to address technical challenges and optimize solutions.
• Leverage domain knowledge in Provider and Payer to deliver tailored solutions that meet industry-specific requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization promoting transparency and accountability.
• Support the professional development of team members providing mentorship and opportunities for growth.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 18 years of experience in portfolio delivery with a strong track record of successful project management.
• Demonstrate expertise in QNXT or Facets with the ability to address technical challenges effectively.
• Exhibit domain knowledge in Provider and Payer understanding industry-specific requirements and best practices for Medicare and Medicaid lines of business.
• Show proficiency in risk management issue resolution and stakeholder engagement.
• Display strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive innovation and process improvements.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills fostering a high-performance team environment.
• PMP Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent project management certification is required.
