Project Manager – Digital Onboarding

• Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon
• Years of Exp: 8+ Years (min 6+ years as Project Manager)
• Notice Period: Immediate

• Lead and manage projects focused on digital onboarding journeys and wealth servicing through mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile app journey design, particularly within onboarding and servicing for Wealth Management products.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end mobile app experiences for customer onboarding and servicing.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders and cross-regional teams.
• Apply Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence) to manage project execution.
• Implement robust project governance, including RAID logs, RACI matrices, and escalation processes.
• Identify risks and issues proactively and provide effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional, cross-regional teams.
  
  

• 8+ years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services
• Proven experience managing digital onboarding and wealth servicing projects, especially in mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of customer journey design for onboarding and servicing workflows.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Jira, Confluence, and project governance best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
