We are looking for a/an Order Processing Engineer - Water and Industrial Business Unit to join our FE_WIBU - Water and Industrial Business Unit team in India .

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Processing of product and spare parts orders
• Providing ‘customer care’ when customers expedite order
• Liaise with factory logistic personnel to ensure effective delivery date.
• Creating and updating customer delivery information and requirements
• Inputting and maintaining all customer and product records
• Reviewing and actioning order flows, in line with existing stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with agreed customer service levels
• Claims process work: Opening the notification and co-operating with factory.
• Invoicing: Creating invoices and payment plans and monitoring overdue invoices to ensure timely invoicing and receivables.
• SAP training: Training of new global SAP user in sales and support internal customers.
• Following orders and providing information to stakeholders.
• Handling bank guarantees
• Coordination with Factories and documentation
• Handling letter of credits
• Delivery time monitoring and reporting, editing of electronic reporting, correspondence with customers, change management.
• Independent handling of tasks on time and correctly.
• Checking availability and lead time of products.
• Creating/maintaining SAP customer register
• Take responsibility for all matters relating to Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental issues, systems and procedures and ensure compliance and conformance with corporate directives and local legislation
  
  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related field
• Experience:>5 years experience
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivating and proactive
• Good telephone manner
• Team player
• Basic PC skills - Excel & Word
• Data input to main frame computer knowledge - SAP
