Job Description

Position: Planning Functional Consultant
Experience: Fresh Graduates (0–1 Year)
Qualification:
•    BE / B.Tech (Any Engineering Discipline)
•    MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related specialization)
•    Candidates with dual qualifications (BE + MBA) will have an added advantage.

Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical fresh graduates to join our Planning Consulting team. As a Planning Functional Consultant, you will work with clients to understand business planning processes, configure enterprise planning solutions, analyze data, and support digital transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Financial Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in enterprise planning platforms, business consulting, and AI-enabled decision support.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Understand customer business processes and planning requirements.
•    Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of planning applications.
•    Analyze business data and prepare functional specifications and reports.
•    Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, technical consultants, and project managers.
•    Document business processes, solution designs, and user guides.
•    Assist in troubleshooting functional issues and recommending process improvements.
•    Continuously learn emerging planning technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:
•    Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
•    Good understanding of business processes and problem-solving techniques.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Basic knowledge of Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or Business Planning concepts.
•    Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
•    Willingness to learn enterprise planning platforms and cloud technologies.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.

AI & Digital Skills (Preferred):
Candidates should demonstrate curiosity and practical knowledge of modern AI tools and digital productivity platforms, including:
•    Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or equivalent.
•    Effective prompt engineering for business analysis and documentation.
•    AI-assisted data analysis, report generation, and presentation preparation.
•    Basic understanding of AI agents, automation, and workflow optimization.
•    Responsible and ethical use of AI while maintaining data confidentiality.
•    Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, learning, and customer outcomes.
