CX Data Migration Consultant – Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical

Experience: 8–12+ years with 5+ years focused on Oracle Cloud Data Migration
Certification: Oracle Cloud Technical Certification (Preferred)

Lead data migration strategy, planning, and execution activities.
Analyze legacy data sources and define migration requirements.
Develop source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
Design extraction, cleansing, validation, and conversion processes.
Execute migration using Oracle-approved tools and methodologies.
Conduct mock conversions, reconciliation, and validation cycles.
Ensure data quality, completeness, and audit compliance.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and production migration activities.
Prepare data migration documentation and governance artifacts.
Ensure accurate and successful migration of business-critical data.
