Job Description

Daily Task

Review and Report daily exception alerts (primarily long stoppage, route deviation)
Report daily adoption metrics to key stakeholders including logistics head
Review open trips and close trips that are delivered on ground but tracking on FT

Periodic Activity

Lat Long correction based on manually closed trips to improve auto-closure
Refresher training to end users
Collate GPS integration data for new transporters for GPS adoption
Report transporter performance on a periodic basis
