We are seeking a Business Analyst to shape solutions within our Target Operating Model team. This is a unique opportunity to influence how we attract, engage, and retain talent on a global scale.

In This Role, You Will

Operating Model Analysis:

  • Understand current and future state TA & Talent operating models across markets or business units.
  • Translate high-level transformation ideas into structured operating model components

Data Modelling & Analysis

  • Conduct cost modeling for current vs. proposed structures (FTEs, location mix, outsourcing vs. in-house, etc.).
  • Model team capacity, productivity metrics, and role design
  • Provide scenario analysis to show financial implications of model choices.

Business Case Development

  • Build, maintain and support monitoring a financial business case to support transformation
  • Partner with finance and People teams to validate assumptions and align with strategic objectives.

Presentation & Concept Design

  • Translate conceptual ideas into clear, visual presentations for executive and project stakeholder consumption.
  • Build slides/storyboards to support model narratives and business case delivery.

To Be Successful You Will

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce or operating model design.
  • Proven expertise in Excel (modelling) and PowerPoint (visual storytelling).
  • Understanding of TA/Talent metrics, service delivery models, and organizational design principles.
  • Ability to collaborate across PGC, Finance, and Strategy teams.
  • Prior exposure to transformation programs, especially in People Teams or TA/Talent, is a plus.

Excellent Excel Skills – As They Will Be Needing To

  • Develop, own, and manage a complex financial business case
  • Develop, own, and manage relevant FTE mapping, sizing, and demand planning documentation

Great insights and eye for detail – as they will be needing to:

  • Undertake data analysis from multiple sources, drawing data insights / joining dots to understand impacts (risk, issues, dependencies)
  • Be confident in working with large sets of data
  • Experience in challenging and validating data

Excellent PPT Skills – As They Will Be Needing To

  • Prepare executive level packs re: for updates, briefings, weekly programme meetings, OD designs
  • Be able to tell a story through their ppt skills

Confidence and willingness to lead, own and drive the work which they have been empowered to develop

  • We are small / lean team so therefore we need individuals who are proactive, hungry to get stuck in and execute at pace – not shy to ask questions to make this happen
  • Be curious and have a willingness to learn
  • Not afraid to challenge
