N15 - Technical Sales And Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement and Requirement Gathering: Engage with potential customers, build relationships, and collate required data.
• Lead Analysis & Qualification – Organizing incoming leads, conducting first-level qualification, and prioritization.
• Data & Technical Pre-Work – Preparing draft solution sizing and populating preliminary inputs into Payback models.
• Proposal Support – Assisting in creating structured proposals and presentations.
• Pipeline Management – Updating CRM/trackers and generating MIS reports.
• Internal Coordination – Following up with stakeholders / sales teams for pending items and ensuring smooth information flow.
  
  

• Experience Range : 2-4 Years
• Qualification Requires : Diploma or B.E. (preferable Electrical, Electronics etc.) or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, and project management in the energy storage, Switchgear (LT & HT), renewable energy sector and power instruments.
• Strong technical understanding of battery types (LFP, lithium-ion), Power Conditioning Systems (PCS), Energy Management Systems (EMS) & SCADA.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on with basics of MS excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
