Purpose Of The Position

To lead technical evaluations and project management for Model Care and PA projects across EK. The role ensures alignment of cost, timing, and change management processes while driving engineering efficiency through structured idea management, localization, and value optimization

Authority

Act as the technical lead for evaluating Model Care topics and managing PA project execution. Coordinate across EK IN and EK MB for planning, cost estimation, and milestone tracking. Represent EK IN in Tandem/Pre-Tandem reviews, AEKO forums, and change management processes. Drive decision-making on cost measures, VA/VE, localization, and idea implementation while maintaining internal communication and timely reporting.

Skills Required

Knowledge of Model Care & PA Project lifecycle

Technical evaluation and cross-functional impact assessment

Project management for technical engineering projects (planning, milestones, reporting)

Cost estimation, budget planning, and HoD alignment

Change management and AEKO/AEA/AWE processes

Representation in cross-functional forums (Tandem/Pre-Tandem, Pilot Hall, Ideas Plus)

Scope/PKO/SCOP€ planning, including VA/VE and localization strategy

Idea tracking across AVON stages with stakeholder coordination

Internal communication and engineering reporting

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Lead technical evaluation of Model Care topics and assess engineering impact

Coordinate PA Projects through planning, milestone tracking, and EK IN / EK MB collaboration

Prepare cost estimates and manage budget reporting with HoD alignment

Manage change requests and AEKO / AEA / AWE processes

Represent EK IN in Tandem / Pre-Tandem, Pilot Hall, and stakeholder review meetings

Drive Scope / PKO / SCOP€ initiatives including VA/VE, localization, and cost reduction

Track idea development across AVON stages (090, 410, 496)

Ensure effective internal communication and timely engineering status updates
