Job Description

Role purpose:

Skilled ServiceNow Developer (Minimum 7 years of experience) to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow Customer Portal and ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow Customer Portal and ITSM modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Manage incidents/problems as level two and level three support.
  
  

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

• ServiceNow Development:
• Proficiency in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Service Request).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Portal development and customization.
