Tvarit works with leading global metal customers across steel, die casting (LPDC/HPDC), aluminium, and copper, as well as process industries including Food & Beverage and Agrochemicals, with active deployments across 12 countries spanning 5 continents.

Role Summary

Tvarit is not looking for a traditional software salesman. We are seeking a Solution Architect with a Sales DNA. You will be the bridge between complex metallurgical processes and our world-class AI. Your goal is to enter a steel plant or foundry, identify the "invisible" inefficiencies in their production line, and build a business case for how TiA® (Tvarit Industrial AI) can eliminate waste and carbon emissions. Candidates with a proven track record in industrial or enterprise sales, especially in Industry 4.0, digitalization, or advanced analytics solutions, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to drive new customer acquisition across target geographies

Identify, prospect, and qualify opportunities across the metals ecosystem (steel, aluminium, copper, and die casting)

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent funnel progression using CRM tools

Deliver compelling, value-based pitches, proposals, and demos tailored to customer needs

Engage with CXOs, Plant Heads, and Production Leaders to address challenges related to quality, energy efficiency, and sustainability

Build strategic partnerships with OEMs, automation, system integrators, and channel partners

Drive co-selling initiatives and expand market footprint through ecosystem collaboration

Represent Tvarit at industry events, trade shows, and technical forums to build brand visibility and generate leads

Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue and onboarding targets

Provide continuous market, customer, and competitive insights to internal teams

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong adoption and long-term retention

Required Qualifications

Education

B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering

MBA in Business Development / Marketing / Sales Strategy (preferred)

Experience

5+ years of experience in technical/industrial sales, preferably in:

Foundry / Steel / Other Metals Segments

IIoT / Industry 4.0 products

Enterprise SaaS platforms

Skills & Competencies

Proven track record in enterprise sales with a consultative selling approach.

Familiarity with metal industry processes, production KPIs, and plant-level challenges.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.

Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OEE, Six Sigma methodologies.

Proficiency in regional languages (depending on territory).
