Ecolab is seeking a Manager RTR to join our Global RTR process team.
This is a key role responsible for leading and coordinating the accounting process pertaining to Fixed Assets and Banking across the global operations of the company.

What You Will Do
- Responsible to contribute to achieve the RTR Accounting implementation project timelines defined by the company.
- Effective stakeholder management
- Manage the operational activities of the department to include staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
- Coordinate the activities of team members.
- Ensuring KPI’s are continuously tracked and maintained
- Drive a strong performance culture with the team
- Coaching and training of team members.
- Manage team resources (leaves, vacations, attrition, hiring, etc).
- Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
- Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
- Set up goals and discuss performances with team members.
- Work on succession plans (detect potential candidates and develop strategies).
- Responsible of preparation / review of the Key Performance Metrics (KPI´s).
- Responsible to keep up to date the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Detect improvement opportunities to trigger off new projects or efficiency opportunities.
- Participate and/or coordinate writing, updating and defining desktop procedures, Policies and Narratives.
- Support knowledge management activities by identifying and updating knowledge as requested and required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in accounting or finance and 10-12 or more years of significant work experience with at least 3-4 years’ experience of managing large teams.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Understanding of internal controls over financial reporting (i.e Sox)
- Knowledge of SAP (GL, CO, BI) and clear understanding of payroll and financial accounting processes, incl. US GAAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word and Outlook software.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.
