Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional, generative AI-focused software development team.
• Integrate LLM APIs into existing platforms to enhance user interactions, decision-making, and automation capabilities.
• Enhance applications with agentic AI capabilities to enable autonomous decision-making and improve business workflows.
• Work collaboratively across product, data science and engineering teams to develop AI-driven features and optimise system performance.

• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior delivery role.
• A degree in technology is preferable, but not essential if the experience criteria are met.

• Proven experience delivering complex software products or platforms.
• Proven experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes using Agile principles.
• Strong understanding of agile, lean, and flow-based delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and use metrics to guide decisions.
• Skilled facilitator able to lead discussions, workshops, and ceremonies.

• Experience working in large, multi‑team environments or platform engineering settings.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering workflows.
• Background in coaching teams in agile or flow-based methodologies.
• Ability to work with distributed or hybrid teams.

• Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic that can work with limited supervision.
• Adapt to a rapidly changing environment, think on their feet, and learn quickly.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate sound judgement in complex situations.
