Role Overview

We are seeking a law graduate with 3-4 years of experience in Contracts Administration, Contract Processing, legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage requests through contract lifecycle tool.
• Managing low complexity drafts through collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsels.
• Comfortable in utilizing tools such as DocuSign, Claude, Copilot, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Assist in maintaining trackers and generating reports.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• Email writing skills is a must.
• Proficiency in Ms Word and Ms Excel.
• Attention to detail, skilled in interpreting requests and working with contract templates and playbooks.
• Knowledge of NDAs and service agreements.
• Familiarity with SalesForce, DocuSign, Copilot, and request tracking tools.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities under minimal supervision.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Assertive and self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Attributes

• Candidate based in Mumbai or Pune.
• Candidate with experience of working in multi-culture environment and open to flexible work timings.
