Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Review, red-line and vet NDAs, Engagement Letters, SOWs, Work Orders, Agreement Amendments, Termination Letters and similar documents
• Clarify and resolve contractual queries
• Monitoring of Leavers emails to avoid leakage of confidential data.
• Performing Checks on IB transactions and deal.
• Support Legal team and assist senior lawyers with other legal work as required
• Assisting the IBK compliance team in consolidating the email related to sponsor Independence checks
• Escalation of Data Leakage incidents to monitoring team for further review and handle the cases of possible leakages.
• Tracking and documenting staff compliance training across locations

Requirements

• Graduate in Law
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferable
• Strong Communication skills capable of working with different levels of staff from all the Asia Pacific Countries
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent written/oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and process oriented
• Investigative skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn
