Learning & Development Executive
Role Summary
The Learning & Development Executive will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in Psychology who are passionate about learning, employee development, and organizational growth, and are looking to build a career in Learning & Development.
Roles & Responsibilities
Training Planning & Coordination
Assist in creating and maintaining the annual training calendar aligned with business needs.
Support coordination of training programs including scheduling, logistics, training materials, and communication with participants.
Help organize in-house training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning programs.
Coordinate with external trainers and vendors under guidance from senior team members.
Skills Assessment & Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Support basic skills assessments through surveys, feedback forms, and assessments.
Assist in gathering data for Training Needs Analysis at individual and team levels.
Help document learning needs and recommend suitable training methods (classroom, online, on-the-job learning).
Learning Support & Engagement
Assist in preparing training content, presentations, handouts, and learning resources.
Support facilitation of training sessions and ensure participant engagement.
Collect training feedback and help analyze learning effectiveness.
Reporting & MIS
Maintain training records including attendance, feedback, and completion status.
Assist in preparing monthly or quarterly training reports and MIS dashboards.
Support tracking of learning hours and compliance-related training.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (BA Psychology) or a related field such as HR, Organizational Behavior, or Social Sciences.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong interest in Learning & Development, training, and employee engagement.
Basic understanding of learning behavior and adult learning concepts.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to learn Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail for data and assessments.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
