Lead Business Analyst Life Science

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our team and drive the delivery of innovative MDM solutions within the Life Sciences Technology domain.

This role will focus on enabling validation and testing processes in accordance with GxP requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholders and product owners to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of existing products.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Optimize data quality and enhance data governance to adapt to changing business needs
• Engage with client managers and development teams, with intermittent interaction with the client side
• Work closely with end users and stakeholders, including complicated stakeholders
• Collaborate with the clients Product Manager or Product Owner to own the roadmap and pitch ideas to the customer
• Define new opportunities, realize backlog items and plan product/project promotions
• Implement a product mindset and high level of ownership over successful products in the past to drive the project forward

Requirements

• 10-15 years of working experience
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of Life Sciences, GxP and MDM
• Understanding of 21 CFR part 11
• Background in delivering solutions in GxP setup
• Skills in BRD and FRD creation
• Expertise in metrics and data-driven decision making
• Capability to apply an agile approach to requirements specification
• Proficiency in product ownership and roadmap management
