Your Contribution

• Taking over responsibility within Purchasing Governance organization as SAP specialist for all questions related to SAP purchasing processes
• Support purchasing team in all purchasing processes in SAP S4 Hana, SAP Central Procurement, SAP Ariba and SAP ARIBA Network
• Close collaboration with the Process Owners in Purchasing and SAP Specialist in Deployment Team
• Support members of the centralized purchasing organization in regards to usage, settings and issues within the SAP purchasing systems and connected systems
• Ensure correct master data and improve data quality and data cleansing activities in alignment with MAHLE plants in several countries
• Support buyers and suppliers and ensure smooth supplier onboarding and catalogue upload into SAP Ariba
• Handling of support request e.g. mass changes, roles requests, etc
• First and second level support for all incidents related to SAP Purchasing processes
• Guiding end users in regards to usage of the SAP Purchasing systems
• Act as trainer and conduct Trainings for MAHLE employees from different countries, departments and levels in regards of purchasing processes
• Update and further develop training materials (if required)
• Organize and manage SAP testing activities during system upgrade and roll-out projects
• Take-over of sub-projects in relation to procurement processes and purchasing master data

Your Experience And Qualification

• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in SAP projects especially roll-out and deployment projects (purchasing area)
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in SAP projects
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• ATF 16949 – Awareness
• Maintain 5S of own area
