Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage our complete social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating content, designing creatives, posting across platforms, and handling all incoming queries on social media and digital channels.

This role requires someone who can own social media end-to-end, from content creation to audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) for:

Instagram

Facebook

LinkedIn

Other relevant platforms

Design creatives using tools like Canva / Adobe tools

Write captions, hashtags, and post descriptions

Schedule and publish posts regularly

Manage and respond to: Social media DMs & comments, LinkedIn messages, Website and social media queries

Coordinate with internal teams for product updates and announcements

Maintain a monthly content calendar

Ensure brand tone and consistency across platforms

Track basic engagement metrics and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 year of experience in content creation / social media management

Basic graphic designing skills

Strong written communication skills

Hands-on experience with Instagram & LinkedIn

Comfortable handling customer queries professionally

Basic understanding of branding and social media trends

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Good to Have

Reel / video editing skills

SaaS / tech company exposure

Experience handling business pages

Work Mode
