• develop modern distributed applications by working in an agile team consisting of Java/UI/QA engineers and WMA business.
• hands-on experience in building applications in cloud and hybrid models.
• hands-on experience in application design & development using SDLC methodologies, well versed with Agile and waterfall processes
• collaborate with multiple IT & business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop high performance and scalable solutions

Your team

Youll be working with STAAT Productivity Solutions team in Pune. We are responsible for WMA (Wealth Management Americas) client facing technology applications. Your role will be accountable for design /implementation of technical solutions with in NEO / OLS platform in WMA and timely delivery of projects following agile / scrum SDLC.

Your expertise

• ideally 8+ years of hands on experience to develop distributed application in java j2ee and ideally 6+ years of hands on experience with SpringBoot micro services.
• strong knowledge of java, application web services (rest or soap), spring frame work, spring boot is a must
• Strong knowledge of implementing spring batching solution to pull data from multiple data sources
• strong knowledge of one of cloud platforms such as azure, aws or gcp. azure preferred.
• strong knowledge of it infrastructure such as proxy / web seal / caching / db is a must; strong analytical, problem solving, debugging skills is a must
• good to have experience in building UI solutions using reactJs and monoRepo frameworks
• experience with enterprise integration and messaging related technologies such as jms, mq and/or kafka
• exposure on cloud integration, container services and good understanding of agile based execution processes; able to operate successfully in a matrix environment
• proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in an environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements
