Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of SAP EHS solutions to en-sure effective management of employee health and safety by taking responsibility for plan-ning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables.
• Contribute to the demand management process, including time planning, effort estimation, and coordination with external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and EHS departments to align SAP EHS implementation with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on the configuration, customization, and optimi-zation of SAP EHS modules to meet the specific needs of our organization.
• Perform detailed configuration and customization of SAP EHS modules, ensuring alignment with organizational health and safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Analyze current health and safety processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and integration within SAP EHS.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for the deployment and operation of SAP EHS solutions.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data analysis through SAP EHS to support strategic decision-making related to employee health and safety.
• Support daily operations related to our EHS solution, ensuring seamless system functional-ity
• Resolve incident tickets and service requests; coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.
• Ensure continuous system availability and performance.
• Participate in scrum events and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in project management, particularly in executing HR IT initia-tives related to EHS.
• Proven experience of at least 6 years in implementing and managing SAP EHS within a cor-porate environment.
• Strong understanding of employee health and safety regulations and leading practices.
• Proficiency in SAP EHS modules, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in configura-tion and operation.
• SAP Interface Technology skilled in RFC and OData for data integration.
• Familiar with SAP HR systems and processes for HR solutions.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP programming for development support.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.
• Experience with agile and waterfall approaches, including tools and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and JIRA.
• Good understanding of enterprise integration, and the specific challenges related to inter-acting with complex ERP environments is very beneficial.
