About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced IoT Program Manager to lead strategic IoT initiatives that connect devices, data, and people. The Program Manger drive program execution, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative IoT solutions that transform business operations.

Experience

12 years to 15 Years

Roles

• Define and manage IoT program scope, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Position requires frequent travel to client locations, approximately 50% to 70% of the time
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelors in engineering/computer science (masters preferred)
• 15+ years in program/project management, 5+ years in IoT
• Strong knowledge of IoT platforms, connectivity protocols, and cloud services
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in cement or in Manufacturing industry is preferred
• PMP, Prince 2 or Agile certification is a plus
  
  

Technical Skills

• Experience in Cloud-native, Microservices, Distributed architecture systems
• Experience in at least one of the cloud platforms i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP
• DevOps Technologies with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins etc.
• Hands-on experience in any of the programming language i.e. Java, Python, .Net
• Project management tools i.e. JIRA, Confluence etc
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning: Develop and define the overall program strategy, including clear objectives, scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Project Execution and Delivery: Drive the program from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely execution, on-time delivery, and high-quality results across multiple projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between internal teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, partners), ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues promptly to keep the program on track.
• Budget and Resource Oversight: Monitor program budgets, spending, and resource allocation, making data-driven decisions to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Technical Oversight and Integration: Oversee the selection and integration of various IoT components, including hardware (sensors, devices), software, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and security.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Establish and implement strong program management practices, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and communication processes to streamline the development cycle.
  
  

Certifications

PMP, Prince 2 or Agile certification is a plus
